Fraud from Paragon Property O.E. in Athens

Be careful! Cheater Lasse Bollerup from the Paragon Property O.E. in Athens does not return deposits and provides terrible accommodation!

I was cheated by Danish Citizens in Athens (Paragon Property O.E.). They did not return my deposit!

I was provided with an apartment by Paragon, which required me to pay a deposit of €200, which would be returned to me after 30 days, after I vacated the apartment and provided I did not break or steal anything from the apartment. On the 31st day, Paragon told me that they will not return my money because they had spent it on cleaning the apartment of cat hair!!! There is no mention of cats in the accommodation contract. I did not violate anything and did not break anything. I did not have any cats in my room. The Paragon company lied about that. Even if I did have a cat in my room, it wouldn’t be in line with the contract we signed. They just made up this reason which doesn’t comply with the terms of the contract. It’s fraud.

During my stay in this apartment, it was very dirty, so I got a lot of pimples on my face (I can provide photos). No one wanted to live in this apartment and several people left this apartment because of the dirt on the same day.

As I mentioned already the apartment was already very dirty before I moved in. There were huge cockroaches everywhere. The toilet flush didn’t work. I had to use my own basin (which I bought) to flush. Now Paragon Property O.E. in Athens decided to illegally keep my money — this is fraud.
